He acts as an external consultant, analyzing and recommending solutions to all human resource challenges.
David develops, revises, and implements HR policies and procedures to ensure client satisfaction. He provides human capital guidance and advice to all Clients. His group assists businesses with policy and procedure development, resolves workforce-related issues, and supports recruiting and training efforts.
Tony Sebi (BSc. MSc.)
Managing Consultant – IT/Client Infrastructure
Versatile IT management professional responsible for the security and safety of all Client information technology and computer systems. Tony oversees the daily planning, organization, control, and evaluation of all Client electronic data operations. He manages all IT staff, including recruitment, training, coaching, performance appraisals, and communicating job expectations.
Tony’s team designed, developed, implemented, and coordinated systems, policies, and procedures. He ensures the security of Indigo Flex data, network access, and backup systems. Tony acts in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy. He identifies and addresses problematic areas by implementing timely strategic solutions.
Tony audits our systems to assess their outcomes, preserving our assets (information security and control structures). He manages the annual Information Technology budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
