We are looking for a ICT Clinical & ERP Application Manager
Responsibilities :
- Application Management: Oversee the management of clinical (E.H.R) and ERP applications, ensuring they are effectively integrated and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of application implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clinical staff, administrative teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure user satisfaction with applications.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their proficiency in using clinical (E.H.R) and ERP applications, providing ongoing support as needed.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess application performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets related to application development and maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all applications comply with healthcare regulations and standards, conducting regular audits and assessments.
- Incident Management: Lead incident response efforts related to application issues, coordinating with technical teams to resolve problems swiftly.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track application usage, performance metrics, and user satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that application solutions meet the diverse needs of the organization.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new applications and processes within the organization.
- Systems Integration: Ensure seamless integration of all IT applications including interfacing of E.H.R with biomedical equipment and integration of E.H.R with E.R.P

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Professional qualification in a relevant subject
Experiences :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, specifically in clinical and ERP applications
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and ERP systems
- Proven experience in project management and leading application implementation
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and regulatory compliance.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or ITIL
- Experience of working in a healthcare facility with specific E.H.R and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc)
- Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with healthcare data analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
